Disney Media Mentors, a division of Disney Media and Entertainment Distribution, was established to inspire the next generation of media professionals with a focus on enhancing representation and diversity.

We created a dedicated website for applicants and mentees to recognize their potential and instill confidence that their voices and experiences are both needed and valued. An online space aims to help future mentees envision their future as significant contributors to the Disney universe and see that future as both feasible and attainable.
